Having a Black Coffee today??
International Coffee Day is an occasion that is used to promote and celebrate coffee as a beverage, across the world. The Day is observed officially on October 1, as agreed by the International Coffee Organization and it was launched in Milan, Italy.
I would like to share useful information regarding Black Coffee in my article today. I have never thought that I will taste the black coffee in my lifetime due to its taste, but see, how life is being driven, today I am writing an article about Black Coffee…. Ha ha ha ha …. (Giggles).
I have changed my perception after knowing all the benefits related to Black Coffee, I myself started drinking it once, on daily basis.
What is Black Coffee?
As many of us know, what does it really means, I would like to make the others know what it actually means.
The term “black coffee” just means that the coffee is served without sugar, milk or cream. Afraid not!! I will make sure, you drink it for once in your lifetime.

- Boil a cup of water
- Add a teaspoon of coffee powder to it, avoid sugar or honey (Because it’s black coffee)
- Let it boil for 5 minutes
- Now strain it, cool it a bit and drink it.
- You can also use the coffee maker to prepare the best coffee

Coffee beans are not at all a nutrient-rich food, but, they do provide small amounts of minerals and vitamins. A cup of coffee will give you 5 mg of calcium, 7 mg of magnesium, 7 mg of phosphorus, 116 mg of potassium and 0.5 mg of zinc.

Coffee is a preferable choice of beverage for a large number of people across the globe and many of us are still not aware of the numerous benefits of drinking black coffee. It’s great in taste but simultaneously good for our body too. Don’t drink it too much in a single day to attain the acme level in gaining benefits.
